May is bike to School Month, and National bike to school day falls on May 8th this years.  To kick off the bike season Spiritridge PTSA will be hosting a bike rodeo behind the school on Friday May 3rd from 5:30-7:00pm, to help students get ready for biking all season long.  Bring your bikes and helmets with you as the bike rodeo will have a maintenance station where you can get  your bike checked, and get help making adjustments that might be needed since most bikes around here collect dust during the winter, while their riders keep growing.  We also hope to have a number of other fun stations for students to visit such as a bike decorating station, a slow race track, and obstacle course and prizes for participants.  Event will be under the covered area on the playground so will be held rain or shine.
