Multicultural Night

Please join us for the annual Spiritridge Multicultural Night on Friday, March 29th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the MPR. This is an opportunity for us to celebrate the diverse cultures that make up our school.  We will have cultural performances on stage, and table displays with finger foods from different countries.

Create Our Cultural Finger Food Bites

Sample finger foods bites from around the world!  Families are encouraged to bring their family’s favorite finger food – cookies, crackers, spring rolls, dim sums, veggie delight, mini sandwich, chicken wings, mini pizzas, chips and dip, fruit kebabs, muffins, French fried, vegetables, or snacks! Please be sure to list ingredients with your item. The school will provide napkins and small plates, no forks and spoons available. Show Your Cultural Pride – Fashion Show

Come dressed in cultural outfits and join your fellow students and parents for a parade of nations.  We will arrange groups by country and give everyone a chance to show off!  If your child or family would like to participate, see the Fashion Show Sign-Up flyer for more details.  For more details contact Hong at

Academic Challenge

The academic challenge activity is to decorate the paper doll template with a cultural outfit and to answer a questionnaire.  Download the Paper Doll Templateand Guidelines for Multicultural Event documents for more information.  Due date for academic challenge is Friday, Mar. 22th.  If you have no computer access there will be forms at the front desk with Linda Porter. *** Giving a performance, attending the fashion show, or designing the display/ artwork for the Global Village are also counted as the activities of Academic Challenge.

Everyone is encouraged to come dressed in your country/region’s traditional clothing. (Adults too)
